We provide a way to prevent mistakes or defects in developed products and avoiding errors when we deliver the products to our customers. All we do this on the basis of quality assurance. We use ISO 9000 standard to apply quality assurance.

Quality assurance is applied to physical products in pre-production and developing software’s , and is also applied to software to verify that feature and functionality meet for our customer’s business objectives and provide bug free products before delivering or releasing new software products and versions .



Quality assurance (QA) is the process of verifying whether a product meets required specifications and customer expectations. QA is a process-driven approach that facilitates and defines goals regarding product design, development and production. QA's primary goal is tracking and resolving deficiencies prior to product release.

We provide Software Quality assurance on the basis of these factors:

Quality Management: Quality management ensures that an organization, product or service is consistent.It has four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on product and service quality, but also on the means to achieve it.

Quality Control: An evaluation to indicate needed corrective responses; the act of guiding a process in which variability is attributable to a constant system of chance causes. It is the observation techniques and activities used to fulfill requirements for quality.

Final Technical reviews: Formal technical review (FTR) is a software quality assurance activity Performed by ICS’s software engineers with the following objectives:
  • To uncover errors in function, logic or implementation of the software
  • To verify that the software meets its requirements.
  • To ensure that the software has been developed according to the standards
